The basic composition of this system is by controller, camera unit, lighting unit, encoder unit, and label-marker. About inspecting process, the inspected product passes through the camera unit. At the time the camera unit takes its image. And the encorder unit collects the information of the product location. After the two-dimensional image is created based on these information, the image is processed in order to detect defects. If defect is detected, the label-marker put a seal on the defect-location on the products.
